IT'S HERMIONE WITH BLACK MOUNTAIN LYRICS !!!!! *dances and runs in circle* Oh my god, it's so light and golden-orange and just absolutely orgasmic ♥ This song is one of my favourites of the band, and I always think about a pained angel getting its light out and that sort of overwhelming brightness just poping out in every directions, and your wallpaper reminds me of this as well with the brightness at the top of Hermione's head and the other one just below her arm - what a nice curve/shape btw *drools* I love the contrast between the broken glass and the overall brightness, somehow this is a thousand times more powerful than if you've went with a darker background. The overall composition looks as if she's getting out of Heaven, which really suits the lyrics IMO. Another fantastic piece of art by my twin queen ^^

Now the layout ! It's so so so Matilda in a way but also very different from what you normally at the same time. I'm still amazed by how you use brushes and shapes, it's like always gorgeous and always something I've never seen before. When I look at your header, I wouldn't be able to tell what is a stock, what is a brush, etc. because it looks like one single canvas masterpiece - you little talented painter ! lol And now, my favourite part : the nav. OMFG it's so unique with that cute blog-like style *hugs monitor* and you know how to make hover-images links ?! When you'll have some free time, would you mind telling me how ? It's something I've always wanted to do.

Haha the layout me trying to widening my art perspectives, I've seriously been way too deep down into those black backgrounds and bright lights for my own good, for a while there it was like I didn't see any other possibility for me to art. Thank you thank you thank you for your comment on it, it makes my experiment all worth it with your ubersweet words *hugs words* And you're on Windows right? Phew! *wipes brow* I'm glad that it looks OK for you there since I haven't had the chance to see it myself from Windows yet. It is a bit blogg stylish isn't it? I think I was deeply inspired by lj honestly, there are so many great layouts here! Haha I've also always wanted to do hover-images links but it's never worked for me before so when I coded it I just tried one simple thing out and was very suprised to see it actually working. You code with CSS right? .cont a img:hover { cursor: crosshair; } of course you'll have to switch that 'cont' to your div class name and the you can just write the attributes that you want for it :)
